Warranty and Shipping Claims:
All cages we sell are warrantied for 1 year against defects. If there is any problem please contact us directly thru email or phone, we will negotiate with the manufacturer for our customers. If there are any missing parts or the items are damaged during shipping, they are covered by the shipping insurance. Please notify us immediately or within 20 days should this happen. The shipping couriers and us will not be responsible for shipping damages or missing parts after 20 days from the date of delivery.
We have a 5-day return policy on all unused items purchased. Returns must come with the original boxes and the boxes must be intact and in ready to sell condition when the product(s) are returned. Once the return arrives, we will issue a full refund minus 25% restocking charge. No shipping fees are refundable.
For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived but customer is responsible for all shipping and custom charges.
Customer must obtain an RMA number before sending back the item to us. Please email to inform us that you are returning the item for refund or exchange and we will provide the RMA number as well as the instruction on how to proceed.
Return / exchange must be received within 5 days of the receipt of the RMA number. The RMA number will be voided and the item is ineligible for return / exchange after 5 days.
